Create a bookable package

A package is what a client books: a name, a price and how long the shoot takes. It shows on your pricing page, and once online booking is on, clients pick it on your booking page.

Create the package

1. Open Packages and select New package. On an empty page you can also select Add these three to start from three templates, then set their prices.
2. Under Basics, type the Name. Switch on Mark as popular to highlight it on your pricing page.
3. Under Price and deposit, enter the Price. It is what the client pays, VAT included.
4. Pick the Deposit: Full price charges everything at booking, Fixed amount and Percentage charge part of it. The line underneath shows the split, such as "30% deposit, €315 later".
5. Under Booking, switch on Clients can book online.
6. Set the Session length in minutes, or pick a common length.
7. Optionally set Buffer before and Buffer after. Buffers block time around the session for travel and setup. Clients do not see them.
8. Under Contract, keep Account default or pick the contract for this package.
9. Under What is included, type each item and press Enter or select Add, then select Create package.

The card now shows Bookable online. The switch on the card turns online booking on and off without opening the package.

Online booking needs a price and a session length. The price can be up to 100,000 and the length up to 1440 minutes.

Important: The booking switch stays off until Stripe is connected and can pay you out. Follow Connect Stripe at the top of Packages, or read Connect Stripe.

Change, copy or remove a package

• Select the package name to edit it, then Save changes.
• Select the copy icon to duplicate it. The copy starts with online booking off, so clients never see two identical packages.
• Select the bin icon to delete it. It comes off your pricing and booking pages, and bookings already made stay in your bookings list. Those bookings then show as "Photography session", and the package's questionnaire rules are deleted.

On the Free plan, packages show on your pricing page but clients cannot book them online.
