Clients book whichever photographer is free.
Your booking page shows one calendar across everyone who shoots the package. The session goes to the free photographer with the fewest sessions coming up, or to the one the client picked.

Activity
When a client asks what changed, you can answer.

Common questions
What studio owners ask before moving their team over.
Is a team login included in the Studio price?
The owner’s login is. Everyone else takes a seat at €12 ($14) a month, or €120 ($140) a year on yearly billing. An invite that has not been accepted yet holds a seat too, so a studio of four people pays for three seats.
Does every team member need their own Xposure account?
Yes, and it costs them nothing. They sign in with their own email and password, and switch between your studio and their own account from the top of the sidebar. Someone who already has an account joins with it.
Can one person be in more than one studio?
Yes. A second shooter who works for two studios joins both with the same login, and a session in one studio blocks that time in the other.
What does the Photographer role see?
Only the sessions and galleries assigned to them, plus their own working hours. They upload, proof and deliver those galleries. They do not see your packages, sales, payouts or the rest of the team’s clients.
How does a booking pick a photographer?
Each package lists who shoots it. The client sees every time at least one of them is free, and the booking goes to the free photographer with the fewest sessions coming up. Turn on the choice and the client picks a photographer by name, or anyone, before picking a time. An admin can hand any session to someone else afterwards.
Do clients see who in the studio did what?
No. Emails and public pages stay in the studio’s name. The activity log is for the owner and admins only.
What happens to the team if I leave the Studio plan?
The team pauses. Members keep their place but cannot open the studio until you are back on Studio, and nobody is removed.
