Xposure is a platform for professional photographers: portfolios, client galleries, and bookings. This page says who is behind it and how to reach them.

Xposure operates under the Belgian small business exemption (vrijstellingsregeling kleine ondernemingen). VAT is not charged on our invoices, under Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code.

3. Reporting content
Photographers upload their own work to Xposure, and we do not review it in advance. If something on the platform is illegal, infringes your copyright, or is an intimate image of you published without your consent, use the report form. It asks for the address of the page, what is wrong with it, and how to reach you, and it gives you a reference by email. Email to abuse@xposureapp.net reaches us too.
That address is also our point of contact for authorities and for users under the Digital Services Act. We accept notices in English or Dutch. What happens after a report, and how an account holder contests a decision, is set out in the terms of service.
4. Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, email hello@xposureapp.net and we will try to sort it out directly. That is usually faster than anything formal.
If we cannot agree, Belgian law applies and the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the law of the country they live in, including the right to bring a case there. Consumers in Belgium can also approach the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst) at mediationconsommateur.be.
5. This website
The Xposure name, the software, and the text and design of these pages are ours. Photographs displayed through the platform belong to the photographers who uploaded them, not to us.
We link to other people's websites here and there. We do not control what those sites do or say, and we are not responsible for them. Tell us if a link has gone somewhere it should not and we will remove it.
