Work with us.
Xposure is small, independent, and remote. We do not have fixed roles open right now, but we want to know the people who might build or grow the product with us when we do.
Storytelling and growth
Honest education beats advertising.
Photographers do not switch software because of banner ads or generic marketing funnels. They switch because a peer showed them a faster gallery, or because an honest breakdown showed them they were losing thousands to platform commissions. We build marketing that teaches and respects the craft.
- Writing comparison guides and high-utility studio tools
- Partnering with photography educators, workshops, and communities
- Zero paid ad reliance, focus on organic trust and word of mouth
How we talk to people.
No leetcode puzzles, take-home homework, or multi-stage recruiter filters.

When an opening, contract, or internship comes up, we already know each other. You start with immediate momentum.
Product and craft
Quiet focus and high ownership.
Photographers spend hours behind the viewfinder. Their software should be fast, quiet, and out of the way. We write concise specifications, avoid recurring meetings, and ship continuously.
- Single monorepo, fast build pipeline, zero unnecessary dependencies
- Client galleries delivered in milliseconds with zero tracking scripts
- Direct access to production and direct feedback from working studios
Where we expect to need help first.
When headcount opens, these are the disciplines we will bring on first.
Growth and marketing
Product storytelling, photographer outreach, and organic distribution. Putting Xposure in front of working studios without ads or vanity metrics.
Product engineering
Full-stack web architecture. Building fast client galleries, media delivery systems, and studio tooling.
Product design
Interface design, typography, and photography workflows. Tools that look as deliberate as the photographs they display.

Questions people ask.
Are roles remote?
Yes. Remote from anywhere with roughly four hours of overlap with Central European Time for synchronous conversation.
Do you take on interns?
Yes. If you are a student or switching careers and want to work on real marketing, product design, or engineering with direct mentorship, send us an email.
What is the ambassador programme for influencers?
If you already run a YouTube channel, publish reviews, teach workshops, or manage a photography community, our Ambassador programme at /ambassadors offers 30% recurring commission on referrals with no hiring process.
How do you build and ship?
A single, high-performance monorepo with automated deploys. We keep our architecture lean, favor native web standards, and ship without heavy layers of bureaucracy.
What are you hiring for right now?
We do not have open headcount today. We review introductions as they arrive and reach out when the right project, role, or internship opens.
Do I need to be a photographer?
No. You need to care about craft and how people interact with images. Product decisions come from watching how photographers work.
How quickly do you reply?
Every personal email receives a response within one week.
