How do print sales work on Xposure?
You build a price sheet once and attach it to a client gallery. Your client picks a print, crops it to the size they chose and pays in the same checkout as their downloads. The order waits for you to check it, then a professional lab makes it and ships it to them, and they follow it on their order page.
Who is the seller, and how do I get paid?
You are. The client pays through your own Stripe account, like any other gallery sale. The lab cost, the shipping, any branding inserts and Stripe’s card fee come out of the sale, plus a print fee of 10% of your markup on Starter. On Pro and Studio there is no print fee. If you charge VAT, it comes out of the sale too. Stripe pays the rest out to you.
What can my clients order?
Photo and fine art prints, canvas, framed prints, acrylic, dibond, layflat albums and hardcover photo books. You choose which products and sizes go on each price sheet and what each one costs.
Do I have to approve every order?
Every order waits for you first. Check the crop and the file, then send it to the lab, or reject it and the client gets back everything they paid for the prints. If you do nothing, it goes to the lab on its own after three days, and you get a reminder before that. Checking crops and files is your responsibility.
Where do you ship?
To most countries. Each product ships where the lab ships it, and never to countries without postcodes. Checkout shows what can go to the client’s address, the order is made at the lab’s plant that serves it, and the client gets the tracking link when it ships.
What if a print arrives damaged?
The client reports it from their order page within 10 days of delivery, with a photo of the problem. A fault of the lab gets a remake at no cost to you. A crop or a file that was wrong when you approved it is yours to cover.
Can I sell prints in dollars?
Yes. A gallery can carry a euro price sheet and a dollar price sheet. Orders shipping to the United States pay in dollars and all other orders pay in euros. A gallery with only a dollar sheet sells in dollars everywhere.
Does the parcel carry Xposure branding?
No. Parcels are sent without any branding. On Pro and Studio you can add your own packing slip and a card to every order, at a small cost per order.
Can I order prints for myself?
Yes. Order samples or prints for an in-person sale from your dashboard. You pay the lab’s price, the shipping, any branding inserts and the card fee, with no print fee on top.

Starter, Pro and Studio. The free trial does not sell prints, so print sales start once you pick a paid plan.
