Client Galleries
The last thing your client sees should still be yours.
Deliver a shoot as a gallery, not a transfer link that expires in seven days. PIN protected, proofed, sold, and downloaded, all on your own domain.
From card to client in three steps.
No resizing, no zip wrangling, no chasing which frames they wanted.
- 01
Upload the shoot
Drag in a folder of JPEGs and walk away. Xposure builds web sizes, thumbnails, and watermarked previews, and reads the camera settings off every frame while you do something else.
- 02
Set the terms
Add a PIN, pick a layout, schedule the reveal, turn on proofing, and price digital downloads. Or change nothing at all and send it exactly as it landed.
- 03
Send one link
Your client opens the gallery on your domain, favourites their picks, and downloads the full-resolution files. You get one digest of what they chose, not a stream of alerts.
Everything a delivery needs, built in.
Protection, proofing, sales, and presentation in one gallery, wearing your brand instead of ours.
Two PINs, two audiences
Clients get a short link and a four-digit PIN. Hand out a separate guest PIN so family and friends can browse the same gallery without touching the selection or the downloads.
Watermarked previews, clean files
Previews carry your watermark until you are ready. What the client downloads, one file or the whole set as a zip, is the full-resolution export with nothing burned into it.
Proofing and favourites
Clients star their picks and leave notes on individual frames. Set a selection limit, charge for anything over it, and get one digest email per sitting instead of a notification per click.
Reveal countdowns
Schedule the moment a gallery opens. Until then clients land on a countdown in one of four styles rather than a locked page, which turns the wait into part of the delivery.
Sell without the cut
Price photos individually or as a bundle. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so you are the seller and the money lands with you. Zero platform commission on Pro and Studio.
A gallery that looks like yours
Four layout densities, serif presets, a personal note and a signed footer. On Pro and Studio the whole thing sits on your own domain with no Xposure branding anywhere a client can see.
Client galleries are unlimited on every paid plan. Reveal countdowns and custom domains start on Pro; a custom watermark and the Lightroom plugin come with Studio. See the full plan comparison.
Common questions
The things photographers ask before handing us a paying client's shoot.
Do clients need an account to open a gallery?
No. A client opens the gallery with the link and the PIN if you set one. They can browse, favourite, and download full-resolution files without creating anything.
Can I stop clients downloading the originals?
Yes. Watermarked previews are on by default, and downloads are yours to enable. When you do enable them, the client gets the full-resolution file you exported, not a recompressed copy.
How does proofing work?
Turn proofing on for a gallery and clients can favourite frames and leave notes. You can cap how many they pick and charge a per-photo rate for extras. Their picks arrive as one digest email per sitting.
What commission do you take when a client buys photos?
Zero on Pro and Studio, and 10 percent on Starter. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so standard Stripe processing fees still apply and the payout goes straight to your bank.
Can galleries live on my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Studio. Point a domain from any registrar at Xposure and your galleries are served from your URL, with no platform branding on the page.
