Write a template once and drop in smart fields for the client, the package, the date, and the money. Every booking fills them in and asks for a signature at checkout.

Where you stay in charge.

Your availability rules, your cancellation terms, and a client portal nobody has to make an account for.

Availability, your rules: Set buffers between sessions, a minimum notice period, and how far ahead people can book. Block off one-off days without touching your Google Calendar.
Client portal, no account: Clients book with just a name and email, then get a passwordless link to a portal with their booking, invoice, and signed contract across every Xposure photographer.
You stay in control: You are the seller of record. Set your own cancellation and refund terms in your contract and issue any refunds directly through Stripe. Xposure is the tooling, never the middleman.

Online bookings and payments are available on every paid plan. The platform fee is 10% on Starter and 0% on Pro and Studio, plus standard Stripe processing fees.
