Yes. Your plan storage limit is a single shared pool used for both the photos uploaded to your public portfolio and the photos in your private client delivery galleries. You can check your real-time usage on your dashboard and scale up at any time.

No setup fees, no contract locks. We take 10% on Starter-tier digital sales and 0% on Pro and Studio. Standard Stripe processing fees (~1.5% to 3% depending on card) still apply because Stripe handles the actual payment, not us.

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required. You get the full Pro feature set (custom domain, client galleries, and 250 GB of storage) for two weeks. When the trial ends you can pick any paid plan or stay on the Free plan, which is unlimited in time. Upgrade anytime during the trial to keep Pro features without interruption.

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal with one click; your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. Your photos stay accessible on the Free tier as long as you stay under the 1 GB storage cap.

No. Clients access their gallery with just the link (and PIN, if you set one). They can favorite images and download full-resolution photos without creating an account.

Yes. Custom domains are supported on the Pro and Studio plans, so clients land on your URL instead of ours. Please note that you must buy/bring your own domain name from a registrar (like Namecheap or GoDaddy) as we do not sell or supply domain names directly. We walk you through pointing your domain to our servers with step-by-step DNS instructions.

Yes. Client galleries serve watermarked previews by default. Clients who purchase or are granted download access receive a clean, full-resolution version. Studio plans can replace the default watermark with their own.

The Studio Manager turns your storefront into a booking engine. Clients pick a package, choose an available time, sign your contract, and pay a deposit, all in one flow. You manage everything (bookings, availability, contracts, and clients) from your dashboard.

Online bookings are available on every paid plan (Starter, Pro, and Studio). Free accounts can explore the whole Studio Manager to see how it works, but taking real bookings and payments requires a paid plan.

Payments run through Stripe Connect on your own connected Stripe account, so you are the seller and the money lands with you. You decide the price, the deposit (a fixed amount or a percentage), and collect the balance at the session. No. Clients book with just their name and email. They get a passwordless link to a portal where they can see their booking, invoice, and signed contract across every photographer they have booked through Xposure.

Yes. Build reusable contract templates with smart fields (client name, date, price, and more) that fill in automatically. Clients sign electronically at checkout, and the signed agreement is stored as an immutable snapshot with an audit trail.

Yes. Connect a Google Calendar for two-way sync: your busy times hide those slots from clients automatically, and confirmed bookings are added to your calendar. You choose which calendars count, and you can also block off one-off time.

You do. Because you are the seller of record, you set your own cancellation and refund terms in your contract and issue any refunds directly through Stripe. Xposure provides the tooling and is not a party to the transaction.

Your originals and gallery versions are stored on Cloudflare, one of the most reliable cloud storage providers in the world. Backups run automatically, and you can download a full copy of your library at any time if you want to keep one yourself.

Yes. TOTP-based 2FA (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) can be enabled on your account from the security settings. Strongly recommended for accounts that handle paid client galleries.

Account deletion removes your profile, photos, and gallery data from our systems within 30 days. Your data is not retained or reused.

No. We don't sell user data and we don't use your photos for any machine-learning training. Your work belongs to you.
