Make the most of your trial

Know what the 14-day trial includes, what it leaves out and what happens to your account when it ends.

Updated

Every new account starts on a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. No card is needed. The days left show at the top of Settings, Plan & Billing.

What the trial includes

The full Pro plan with 250 GB of storage: client galleries, proofing, selling downloads, bookings, your own domain, reveal dates, custom gallery links and the Lightroom plugin.

Until you confirm your email, you can upload up to 25 photos and cannot make a gallery live or send it.

What it leaves out

  • Print sales. Selling prints starts on a paid plan, even though Pro includes it.
  • Team members and a custom watermark logo. These are Studio features.

Keep your plan

  1. Open Settings, Plan & Billing.
  2. Under Select a plan, choose Starter, Pro or Studio, and Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Select Continue to checkout and pay by card in Stripe.

Subscribing ends the trial that day and your paid plan starts at once. Unused trial days are not added on.

When the trial ends

We email you about 3 days before and again the day before. If you have not subscribed, the account moves to the Free plan:

  • Your photos, galleries and settings stay.
  • You cannot create new client galleries or send galleries, sell, take bookings or use your own domain. A connected domain is removed.
  • Storage drops to 1 GB.

Important: If you store more than 1.1 GB when the trial ends, your account is soft-locked. Your portfolio and client galleries go offline until you pick a plan or delete photos. See Check what counts as storage.

Subscribing later brings everything back right away, apart from the domain, which you connect again.
