How much does CloudSpot cost?
CloudSpot is a client gallery and print-sales platform with five tiers. The headline prices are straightforward, but the plan you can actually run a business on is not the one the pricing page leads with, because the two cheapest tiers take a commission and cannot handle raw files.

What the pricing page does not make obvious
CloudSpot is not commission-free until Lite
This is the detail most comparisons get wrong. Free and Entry both take 15% of your print and digital sales. Commission only drops to 0% from Lite ($17/mo) upward. If you sell through your galleries, a "cheap" $7/mo Entry plan costs you 15% of revenue on top, which overtakes the Lite subscription the moment you clear about $70 a month in sales.
Free and Entry are JPEG only
The two gallery-only tiers accept JPEGs and nothing else. If any part of your delivery involves raw files, TIFFs or video, the entry tiers are not an option regardless of storage. That restriction lifts at Lite, which is where the Full Suite starts.
Gallery count is capped before storage is
Free allows 3 galleries and Entry allows 15, independent of the 5 GB and 15 GB storage limits. A portrait photographer shooting weekly will hit the 15-gallery ceiling on Entry long before filling 15 GB, so the limit that ends up forcing an upgrade is usually the gallery count, not the space.
The promotional price is not the price
CloudSpot was advertising $3/mo for the first three months when we last checked. The figures in the table are the standard rates you pay from month four. Budget on those, not the promotional one.
Invoicing and online payments are US-only
If you are outside the United States, the invoicing and online payment features do not apply to you, even on the tiers that include them. Worth checking against your own market before pricing a plan on its feature list.
