This is the all-in-one against the specialist. CloudSpot bundles invoicing, contracts, scheduling and questionnaires with its galleries; Pixieset sells those as a separate Studio Manager product. The comparison is really about whether you want one bill or the better gallery.
The short answer
CloudSpot is the better value if you would otherwise buy studio management separately, because it is genuinely included rather than bolted on. Its free tier covers three galleries, but note it takes 15% of store sales, as does the Entry tier above it. Pixieset has the larger ecosystem, the more polished gallery, and the reputation that makes it a safe recommendation. Photographers running a business without a CRM should look hard at CloudSpot; photographers who already have one are paying for overlap.

What neither of them does
Both meter storage in tiers that jump steeply, and both bill in dollars. If you are billed in euros, the conversion on every invoice is a real cost that neither pricing page shows you.
