CloudSpot is the more coherent modern product and the easier one to learn, with studio management that feels designed rather than accumulated. Zenfolio covers more ground, including video hosting, culling and a mature print store, and has the deeper track record. Zenfolio charges separately for booking; CloudSpot includes scheduling on its suite tiers. For a photographer starting fresh, CloudSpot is usually the faster path; for one with a large back catalogue and print business, Zenfolio has more of what they already depend on.

Both push you toward a top tier to unlock the features that made you consider them. Price the plan that actually contains what you need, not the entry one.
