How much does Picflow cost?
Picflow is a gallery and proofing platform built around review and approval rather than selling. It has five tiers, and the thing that decides whether it fits is not the price but what it deliberately leaves out.

What the pricing page does not make obvious
There is no store, at any price
Picflow does not sell prints or digitals. No tier adds one. That is a design choice rather than an omission, and it is fine if you invoice separately or deliver digitals only. But if any part of your income comes from clients buying through the gallery, Picflow cannot do it and no upgrade path exists. Compare this against platforms where the store is the reason the subscription is cheap.
The jump from Pro to Biz is seven times the price
Plus is EUR 14/mo and Pro is EUR 22/mo, then Biz is EUR 159/mo. There is nothing between EUR 22 and EUR 159. If you outgrow Pro’s 1 TB you go straight to a figure most solo photographers will not justify, so treat Pro as the practical ceiling for a one-person business.
The free tier is 2 GB
Free gives you 2 GB, which is smaller than most rivals’ free plans and is roughly one shoot at full export quality. It is a look at the interface, not a trial you can run a real delivery through.
Annual billing takes 25% off
Picflow advertises a 25% discount for paying annually. The monthly figures above are the standard rates, so knock a quarter off if you are comparing against a rival’s annual price.
