Proofing, not delivery
Picflow is a review tool for creative approval workflows: commercial and editorial work where a client marks up selects before anything is finished. It is genuinely good at that, and its storage tiers are generous because working files are large.
It has no store, no public portfolio and no booking. For a wedding or portrait photographer it is not a Pixieset or Xposure replacement, whatever the comparison posts say, because the job it does is a different job.
Storage is where it wins
Picflow's entry paid tier includes 100 GB, which is more than our Starter plan and more than most gallery platforms give you several tiers up. If your bottleneck is raw capacity for work in progress, that is a real advantage.
The trade is that the capacity is aimed at files under review rather than galleries you keep online for clients to revisit, and the product is shaped accordingly.
If you do both jobs
