How much does Pic-Time cost?
Pic-Time is a client gallery and print-sales platform aimed at wedding and portrait photographers. It has four tiers, and the gap between the cheapest paid plan and the one most working photographers end up on is wider than the pricing page suggests.

What the pricing page does not make obvious
The free plan shrinks after three months
Pic-Time advertises 10 GB on the free plan, but that drops to 3 GB after three months. If you are trialling it with a real wedding gallery, plan for the gallery to outlive the storage that holds it, not the other way round.
Beginner is the entry price, not Professional
The plan most comparisons quote is Professional at $21/mo billed annually. The actual entry paid tier is Beginner at $7/mo billed annually with 20 GB. Whether Beginner is enough depends entirely on how many galleries you keep online at once: 20 GB is roughly one to two full wedding deliveries at typical export sizes.
Annual and monthly are quoted side by side
Every headline figure on the pricing page is the annual rate. Paying monthly costs more on every tier, and the difference is largest on Advanced, where $42/mo annually becomes $50/mo monthly. Compare like with like before concluding a rival is more expensive.
Print sales are the business model
Pic-Time charges 0% commission on paid plans and makes its money on subscriptions plus the print store. That is genuinely good if you sell prints. If you deliver digitals only, you are paying for a storefront and automated sales campaigns you will not use.
