How a day runs
Doors at nine. Selects by midnight.
I arrive before the coffee and leave after the last song. Between talks I edit on a laptop at the back of the room, so your team can post while the event is still on.
Before you book
How fast do we get the photos?
Twenty to thirty edited photos the same night, usually before midnight. The full gallery is up the next morning.
How does the same-night selection work?
I edit between sessions and send a private link as the event winds down. It is sized for socials and press, so nobody has to wait for the full set.
What can we use the photos for?
Anything your organisation publishes about itself: website, socials, press, reports and next year’s brochure. Resale and stock use are not included.
Can guests get their photos?
Yes. Guests open the gallery with a code printed on their badge or sent in your follow-up email. You decide whether downloads are free or paid per photo.
Do you travel?
Anywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium. Outside the Randstad I charge €0.35 per kilometre, nothing more.
